We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance to ensure your date is available. Peak season dates — spring and summer weekends especially — tend to fill up quickly. If your event is coming up sooner, reach out anyway and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How far in advance should I book?

It depends on your guest count, event length, and how elevated you want the experience to feel. The Soirée is perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 30 guests, The Rendezvous is our most popular choice for bridal showers and milestone celebrations up to 60 guests, and The Toast is our full luxury experience for weddings and larger events up to 100 guests. Which package is right for my event?

What does "fully styled" mean?

It means you don't lift a finger. We arrive early, set up the entire cart — florals, signage, glassware, linens, and all styling details — and break everything down at the end. Every element is thoughtfully curated to match your event's aesthetic so it feels like it was always meant to be there.
Is there a travel fee?

Each package includes a travel radius — 25 miles for The Soirée, 35 for The Rendezvous, and 50 miles for The Toast. Events beyond those distances are welcome and are charged at a small per-mile rate. Reach out and we'll give you an exact quote based on your venue location.
We do not provide alcohol or beverages, but we do so much more than just display them. As part of your experience, we handle the pouring, presentation, and serving of beverages and desserts of your choosing. We also keep your cart fully stocked throughout the event so your guests always have something beautiful waiting for them. You simply provide the drinks and treats — we handle the rest with care and elegance.
Do you provide beverages or alcohol?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to hold your date. If you need to reschedule, we offer one complimentary date change within 6 months at no charge. Cancellations within 14 days of the event date will retain the full payment. We know life happens — we just ask for as much notice as possible so we can do our best to work with you.
